The Pensions Authority

The Pensions Authority (previously the Pensions Board), is a statutory body set up under the Pensions Act, 1990. The Authority regulates occupational pension schemes, trust RACs and Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs) in Ireland. The Pensions Ombudsman

The Pensions Ombudsman investigates and decides complaints and disputes from individuals about their occupational pension schemes, Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs) and Trust RACs where there is both maladministration and financial loss. He is completely independent and impartial.

Irish Association of Pension Funds (IAPF)

The IAPF are the leading voice for Irish workplace pension savers. They seek to influence the future direction of pensions in Ireland so as to increase the financial security of all retired people.
